Alright, let's talk about Social Media Marketing.

Social Media Marketing is a way in which companies can promote their brand and connect with customers on a more personal level as well as potential customers (Hubspot, 2022).

Social Media revolutionized marketing as a whole. No longer were we constrained to channels such as email marketing (fairly new with the internet), direct mail, magazines, billboards, newspapers, PR (Public Relations), media, etc.

Now, we have social media, and it is a very powerful tool. However, if a plan is not in place, then social media can be ineffective.

What I do for small businesses and startups is help them build their strategy and content plan.

In the next series of videos, I am going to be breaking down the components of a Social Media Strategy and Content Plan.
